The 2026 SEMA Show runs November 3–6 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. This gold custom ride will be on display at the JVC / Kenwood booth (10104) in the North Hall, under Mobile Electronics & Technology. If you’re attending, stop by and take a close look at the chrome. Every plated bumper that leaves our Brainerd, Minnesota shop is inspected before it ships, and this one earned its spot in the spotlight.

The car

The paint is a deep metallic gold, and the chrome is what makes it pop. Buick’s tri-shield badge sits at the center of the rear trim panel between the tail lights, with a full-width chrome bumper running low and wide beneath it. Up front, the hood carries four vents, and the car rides on bronze-toned wheels with polished rims.

The plating on those bumpers is our work. Each one went through the same process as every part we ship: stripped, replated and inspected until it was flawless.

Where to see it at SEMA

Look for the car at the JVC / Kenwood booth in the North Hall, which hosts Mobile Electronics & Technology.

Why chrome matters to us

We’re enthusiasts. A bumper is either perfect or it isn’t, and our Brainerd team has been bringing them back since 1968. We’ve restored bumpers for everything from Model A Fords to 70s muscle cars and modern semis, and we aim to return each one to a condition that exceeds original equipment standards.

Before any part goes back to its owner, it is thoroughly inspected. If it isn’t pristine, we strip it and start over. Then it is carefully wrapped, boxed and shipped back to you by UPS.

It’s work we love, and it’s a thrill to see it on a build like this one, under the lights at SEMA.
